This policy explains how Tomita Tech handles information on this website at tomitatech.com. It is written to match what the site actually does, which is very little. We do not run analytics, we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Our products, including Radar Finance and Radar Plantscan, live on their own websites and have their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover those products.
What you send us. The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you use it, we collect your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, phone number, and the nature of your inquiry. You decide how much to share. The required fields are name, email, and message.
Display preferences. If you adjust the on screen appearance settings, the site saves those preferences in your browser's local storage, on your own device. They are saved only when you change a setting, are used only to remember how you like the site to look, and are not used to identify or track you. This stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time through your browser.
Technical logs. Like any website, ours is delivered through a hosting provider (Cloudflare) that automatically processes standard technical data such as your IP address and request details to serve the pages and keep the site secure. We do not add our own analytics or tracking on top of that.

We keep the messages you send for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, then we delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
